TechCrunch has a nice piece about IE has lost around 11% of it’s share of users to Chrome, FireFox, and Safari. It looks like once again developers are going to have to pay much great attention to how their website runs under multiple platforms.

As we move forward better tools are going to be necessary to integrate this testing into the development lifecycle instead of leaving it at the end as an afterthought.

  2. Hmm, the rate of the IE8 pick up looks pretty steep. It may be too early to tell, but perhaps it will become more dominant?
